All services depend on availability and season.

3. Orders & Delivery

Local floral orders must be placed with accurate delivery information.
We deliver within our designated Florida service area.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being available, the arrangement may be left in a safe location at our discretion. No refunds are offered once an order is created or delivered.

4. Wedding & Event Bookings

Weddings and events require an inquiry through our website form.
Details such as pricing, design direction, and delivery setups are handled through direct communication and a formal proposal.

A retainer or booking fee may be required to secure your date. Retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve your event date and begin the design and planning process.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because florals are perishable and custom-designed for each client, we do not offer refunds once flowers have been purchased or created.
Wedding deposits or retainers are non-refundable.
If a wedding or event is canceled, design fees and purchased florals cannot be refunded.

6. Substitutions

Flower availability can vary. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we may replace it with something of equal value and style while keeping your overall design and color palette intact.

7. Use of Images

We may use photos of our floral designs for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
If you prefer your images not be shared, please let us know in writing.

8. Website Content

All content on this website including text, images, and design is owned by Steph’s Rose Boutique. Please do not use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:
• Damage caused after delivery
• Allergic reactions to flowers
• Weather-related issues affecting florals
• Delays caused by events outside our control
